The HP AllianceONE Advanced Services zl Module is a platform designed for HP Networking zl chassis and allows networking applications integrated with the switch to offer optimized performance to customers. The HP AllianceONE Advanced Services zl Module is a x86-based server module that provides two 10-GbE network links into the switch backplane. Coupled with HP Networking-certified services and applications that can take advantage of a switch-targeted API for better performance, this module creates a virtual appliance within a zl switch slot to provide solutions for business needs, such as network security, UC&C, Mobility, Infrastructure, and more.

Notes
	The services module can only be used with certified AllianceONE services applications. It does not support a general application environment. Chassis operating temperature specifications when the services module is installed: For the 5400zl chassis, if all modules are installed in the left side of the chassis, the temperature specification is set to 50°C for the chassis. If any modules are installed on the right side of the chassis, then the temperature specification for the chassis is 45°C. For the 8200zl chassis, the temperature specification is set to 45°C. A maximum of 4 of these modules may be installed in any zl switch (except the 8206zl chassis, which supports a maximum of 2 of these modules). If a module is installed in excess of these quantities, the module will not boot. If you are running a 5406zl and want the 50°C temperature specification, then only three modules are supported in the chassis as that is all the slots there are on the left side. When the services module is installed, the maximum relative humidity for the switch drops from 95% to 90%.
